Delete Your CommerceWaale Account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your CommerceWaale account (app and website, developer CommerceWaale) and the personal data associated with it. Submit the form below, or email us — we action every request within 30 days.

How to request deletion

1. 1.Fill in the mobile number registered with your account in the form below (this is your login identity) and submit the request.
2. 2.Our team verifies that the request comes from the account owner and may contact you on your registered number to confirm.
3. 3.Once verified, your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days, and we email/notify you when it is done.

What data is deleted

The following are permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request:

• Your profile (name, phone number, email, class/grade and preferences)
• Course and test-series enrollments and access
• Test attempts, scores, progress and learning history
• Notification tokens and in-app inbox messages
• Support and contact history tied to your account

What data is kept, and for how long

• Payment and invoice records (transaction IDs, amounts, GST details) are retained for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax and financial-recordkeeping law, after which they are deleted. These are kept in a form not used to identify you for any other purpose.
• Anonymised or aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained indefinitely.
• Records we are legally required to keep, or that are needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, are kept only for as long as required.
